We do not feed him the same veggies all of the time and this is the first time he has eaten them and they have been next to each other for three weeks now.

I know that meat is bad for them and did not intend on him eating it. Our other 2 iguanas are much bigger than him and so he was put in with the water dragon because they seem to get along and there is ample room for the both of them. My question is will the meal worms hurt him? Could he get impacted? Will these few meal worms that he ingested cause problems?

Don't let the iguana eat the meal worms.
The excessive protein will bind the calcium.
Sure the ig's like it. I'd like to be able to live off a diet of candy bars.
No the few eaten will not hurt your iguana, however the ig did lose some of his/her calcium.

My ex wife once a year would give her ig a taste of KFC and a bit of ice cream and some of my water dragons meal worms.

If the ig likes them...maybe its an unhealthy snack to treat the ig with...by the way, to get calcium/vitamin powder to stick to meal worms, dip them in water, then in calcium.

Iguanas may eat meal worms, but they shouldn't. Why does he have access to them? Meal worms are high in fat and hard to digest. Wax worms on occasion are okay for an iguana but not neccesary.

Only feed him a diet of green leafy veggies, Kale, collard greens etc.

He may be missing something from his diet so at your local pet store you can pick up a powder you can sprinkle over his food.

Iguanas are territorial and shouldn't be with other lizards.

A few mealworms won't hurt him. OHMYGODYOURIGUANA'SGONNADIENOW!!!!!!
Don't make it an all the time thing, though. People freak out completely when an ig takes a meal that moves, but in the wild
-there is no one to dust their food with reptomin- and they are known to raid bird nests and all kinds of things to get the nutrients they need. A few mealworms won't hurt.

My worry would be that he's in with other lizard types, this is not always a good idea, and ideally, different species should be housed separately due to differences in habitat, temperature, and humidity needs.

I have my water dragon with my iguana also, and my iguana did the same exact thing. I was like no no no but I've been told that one wouldn't hurt him as long as it's not an everyday thing.

Iguanas are vegetarians and are not supposed to eat insects. That amount of protein is bad for them.

Iguanas need a balanced diet, and he, like many people, is just hungry for MEAT.
