my red tail boa havent ate for 2 month would any one knows what wrong with it? i feed it pegion now stop eaten

From what I have heard that isn't too unusual at times. The question you need to ask is has anything changed that is causing the snake stress. Different cage, moved cage, etc. Also ,what are conditions like such as temp, humidity, how clean is the cage, etc. The advice that others have given you so far would only apply to a few missed feedings not usually two months. Sometimes they stop when they shed (not molt), but that should only last days or a week or two at the most. I live in PA and my red tail eats perfectly fine despite it being winter. What you need to watch is if your snake starts to loose weight, that is a definite sign there is a problem. Get it to a vet. You may need for force feed it, which needs to be done by someone who has experience or you could end up hurting the snake (and yourself) It all else fails, see a vet or if you are worried, paying a vet bill is a hassle, but it will give you piece of mind. Also, you didn't say how big the snake is, that can factor into what to do as well. I would also try some other type of food like mice or rats and see if that helps. They can become picky eaters sometimes. One thing that does drive them crazy is if you brain a mouse. Get a frozen one from a pet store (less mess this way) thaw it out cut open the skull where the brain is exposed (I know this sounds disgusting, I thankfully have never had to do this, but I know people who have) offer that to the snake using tongs to hold the mouse. I guess the sent that comes from mouse brains is really appealing to them and they will usually snatch it up right away. Good luck

Not to sure what type of conditions you have set up for her but this is the cure for my snake when she has eating problems. I have a 7 footer and I am in the colder regions. When winter rolls around, the temp in the house decreases. I usually add more heat to the cage via lights and ceramic heaters and she starts moving around more. She then usually eats her rabbits more too as her cage warms up. Take her to a reputable reptile vet once a year also just for a check up.

has it molted lately? after a reptile molts it does not want to eat for a few days sometimes. what have you been feeding it? you should search up what a red tailed boa eats on google or something. did you recently get it? if you just got it from a pet store or something, they haft to take a while before they adjust to their new inviorment. is it cold where it is? they dont eat much when their cold.

Snakes typically dont eat well in the winter, and they can go for long periods of time without eating as well. I wouldnt worry too much about it. When summer time rolls around offer it something to eat.
