He's a yorkie and everytime i come into my room my trash can or "waste basket" is on the floor with stuff pouring out of it.

I yell at him but i don't really think he gets it... (the smaller the dog the smaller the brain)

he also has an annoying barking problem, whenever i'm eating he keeps barking becuz he wants food so i have to spray him with a water bottle...and it's kinda working....any better ideas?

Ok, I have a four month old black lab/blue tick hound mix.

About two weeks ago, I noticed he had a bump on his head and a little open sore. Since my puppy is totally hyper and clumsy (a bad combination), he tends to run into a lot of things... usually head on. I thought he must have hit the corner of the coffee table or something.

Over the period of the two weeks, the bump went away. But the sore got worse, better, worse, etc. The sore would bleed, ooze, crust over, then the cycle would start over. Many times my puppy would make it worse by scatching at it.

So two days ago, I noticed the sore looked worse then ever. So I made an appointment with the vet. An hour or two before the appointment, I was rubbing my puppy's tummy when I noticed a drip of yellow/green puss looking substance coming out of his wee-wee hole. I freaked!

The vet says that my dog has ringworm and the puss substance is because my dog is not cleaning himself properly.

Do you think the vet is correct?

My Border Collie is due today and she still isn't showing any signs of labor. She isn't producing milk or nesting. She hasn't eatten in a few days though. Do you think there is somthing wrong or it just isn't time yet. I can feel the puppies moving. She is doing a lot of licking down there and she goes in her whelping box sniffs a little lays down gets up walks around then goes back in her whelping box. Is that a sign? I'm kinda nervous since this is both of ours first litter! I havn't taken her temp. yet because I don't have the kind for taking a temp. rectally. Where could I get one? Thanks so much everyone for taking the time to read this!

I took my dog to the vet (this is a joke for the benefit of our american viewers) He told me that it had a disease in its feet and that its paws would have to be removed.
O.k But how will it be able to walk " I asked, He said I will put four Cola cans where its paws should be...............Have you heard it?
You will when it walks past your house!!!!!!

They are peke-a-poos. I bought an Andis clipper with a size 10 blade and they look so uneven. There was no guard on the blade. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have a 3 mth old puppy and a 6 year old dog. During playtime they can get quite rough and often with the puppy teeth being quite sharp draws surface blood from the older. I do my best to keep playtime under control but they both instigate it. My vet said it is not a big deal that dogs do that. And now the older one has some hard sores on his body, What can I put on them to help them clear up?
