is this a common thing for poodles and what can i do to help her i feel horrible she just cries and cries i try to massage it out but it doesnt seem to help

that is common in poodles. try to make sure she drinks plenty of water. Also, if you notice it is in her rear legs it could be her glands (in her rectum...). They tend to get swollen frequently and need to be drained. This is something you can do, but you should have a vet show you

If you have stairs in the house things that she needs to climb or if she jumps off things like the couch or bed it's very bad for her joints being so small they aren't suppose to climb and jump cuz of it which causes pain to them. we have a yorkie and that's about the same size the vet said to massage and carry her up the stairs and set her down off the couch and bed dont make her jump

What does the vet say? Sounds like luxation of the patella.

I have poodles my whole life and one thing you can do is give her baby aspirin another is put her on joint therapy. The sell it in any pet supply store.

Put some salt in her food and/or give her minerals.
