I took my dog to the vet (this is a joke for the benefit of our american viewers) He told me that it had a disease in its feet and that its paws would have to be removed.

Yeah, I don't know about that. If you're trying to be funny, generally the idea of a suffering doggy isn't gonna get the crowd in a laughing kinda mood. So the joke would actually have to be funny. This one however, sucks.
