Does anyone know if there are any physical symptoms of a pregnant dog before you find out from a vet?

First of all she did not spell neighbour wrong wrong, although it it should have an apostrophe to show possession. That is is how it is spelled in Canada, England and Australia.
If anything is spelled wrong, it the it is "spelt," which means to split. If you are going to pick on her you should have used the word "spelled": instead of "spelt ." Oh, and you spelled pregnant wrong, too. Pregnant is not spelled "pregnat ," so stop picking the kid.
Dogs do not get morning sickness. Only time will tell if she is pregnant.
If you feel the need to flame me, you go right ahead. Just know that I won't be wasting my time with a response or getting into an argument over something so trivial and insignificant as another person's spelling.

All I know is that the dog gets fat or gain or her size increases as with any other human. Also munchkiin nothing is wrong is with the spelling of neighbour not every use American English

sHe probably will get a bigger belly and start to fill up where the dogs nurse on her. They will get bigger also.

first of all, you spelt neighbor wrong but hey what can i do about that, and second, have you never seen a pregnat woman?? they puke get fat and eat and complain. common sense.
