Probably is a large pimple. Put some hydrogen peroxide on the area and see if you can exude any pus from it. Wait a few days and it may go away. If not, take to the vet. Dogs get zits too.

Most likely it's a bite from a fire ant if you have them in your area. Anything larger than an ant would cause your dog to have other symptoms. If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days take you doggy to the vet. In the meantime make sure your doggy has a cool wet nose. If it gets dry and she acts sick then take her to the vet right away.

I'm not sure, my dog does get white dried out looking pimples that scab out in a day or two, but thats because he has skin allergies...... I would take your dog to his vet if it doesn't go away soon,,,,,

It could be a tick. They burrow into the skin and when the skin gets stretched out it could look like that. Have it checked out by a vet.

Sebaceous cyst? My Shih Tzus all got them. Usually harmless but see a vet if it gets any bigger or changes in appearance.
