This may be the dog spot but no matter where you work the upper mgnt. is going to be the same. Seems like the people with the least common sense are the only ones that make it that far. Best thing to do is do it thier way and if there is any problems( there always is ) then you say "thats what you told me to do" If you are lucky enough to have someone support you while lookig for something more suitable (there are a few places left that care about the business and thier employees) then get looking. Dont cut your nose off to spite your face and just quit if you dont have means of support. Look while you are working and do your best work. Remember you have work ethics. I HOPE
