my 13 week old border collie has been acting really depressed since yesterday, he won't eat anything, he won't drink anything, when i show him food he slobbers a lot but never eats it, his **** looks kinda gooey but im pretty sure thats form the skin medicine i gave him yesterday.
i'm not sure if maybe he's "high" on that medicine but like in a bad trip or what
i kinda feel guilty about it because yesterday i gave him that medicine forcefully, he didnt want it but i gave it to him while holding his head and stuff like that
whats going oooon? im soooo wooooorrrriiiiiieeeeedddd

Animals can hold a grudge, but the medication could be making him feel sick. But my first reaction to his symptoms is that he could have parvo. Puppies are susceptible to this disease until they are one year old but I have seen it in older dogs also. I worked for a vet for many years and have seen a lot of parvo. It's in the soil so avoid areas where other dog's play, take your shoes off indoors and make sure everyone else does the same. If he were my dog I would have him at the emergency vet right now.

aaahhh, poor baby,,, he maybe a little upset that he had to take his medicine forcefully, but see how he does throughout the day and if he doesn't seem to get better or gets worse by morning i would call your vet.... good luck!

He may have a chemical reaction to the medication. Please call your Vet, or an emergency Vet clinic right away. Since he is old
he may die, get him some help. Good luck.
