It depends on how old he is. Puppies are like babies, they need a certain amount of sleep. If he is an adult wake his hiney tail up!

It is ok to wake your dog to play. Keeping him awake more during the day will help him to sleep more at night.

he's probably tired he's a puppy they need a lot of sleep just like a baby so be patient hell wake when he's ready

Yes. Of course. I don't know how how old he is, so if he is still a pup, make sure you take him outside to go potty first and praise him when he goes.

depends....if he's agressive no....if he's the friendly type and is always happy wen he sees u go for it....my advice is wait a lil while, watch him sleep..he must look sooo cute : )
