I have 3 kittens, all about roughly the same each. 3 females...no siblings..We originally went to adopt 1 from the shelter, but my brother and grandmother fell in love with the other 2 kittens there, so we adopted all 3.

Routinely they will chase each other around the house, sniff each other, then tackle each other and look like they are wrestling around, then repeat the process. There is no hissing or sounds involved, but I'm still not sure.

She likes to play in the street chasing moths or what ever, I even found her once sleeping in the street.! She has already been hit by a car once, although she survived, it hasn't taught her to stay away from streets and cars.
She has been spayed, that didn't help at all. I don't let her out, other people that live in my house do when she cries at the door.

I recently adopted two twin eight week old kittens. Within 72 hours of bringing them home, one completely stopped walking, evacuating on his own, meowing, ect. Slowly, he began eating (formula at first and now soft kitten food), using the litter box, meowing, and eventually walking. Two days ago he seemed to slide backwards and is now not eating, using the litterbox, or walking. His heartrate is normal, breathing is normal, urine is clear, and his eyes dialate appropriately to light and dark. I would take him to a vet but I am currently paying off the gigantic bill from my dog's chemo. I would like to know if there is anything I can/should be doing.

He's a big fat creature, and I woke up ten minutes ago to him staring at me. You know when their eyes go all big? He kept miaowing really loudly too.

He doesn't wanna go out, he doesn't want food or water...

He is just following me everywhere and miaowing. When I try and stroke him, he goes away, but come back like 5 seconds later and just ....miaows!!!!!!!!

Argh, clever people - help!

I have a neutered male domestic longhair who has a history of intentionally pooping where he shouldn't, sometimes seemingly out of spite. Before we moved into this house in June, the most popular place was in the corner under my desk. Since we moved here, he has found the bathtub.

He is otherwise completely healthy, and always pees in the box. We do have one other cat that we got shortly before these problems started, but we have two litter boxes and we keep them very clean. Sometimes he will do it right after we clean them.

Does anyone else have this problem, and is there anything I can do to stop it? The best I have been able to come up with is leaving the tub filled with water.

Ok before I get called a horrible pet owner - let me explain. I bought a house and the old owners left their cats, 2 of them. One is a stray that they themselves inherited but I feed it cause I feel bad. However, I really am never home and I work 24 hour shifts as a firefighter here. I usually feed them once every 24 hours but sometimes once every 48 hours. Is this ok? Will they die? I feed them LOTS of food but they always eat it up really quick.

I let my cat back in the house about 2 day ago from being outside. I was sitting on my couch when he walked over to the litter box. I noticed he was in there a long time so I glanced over and he was doing number 2, well i looked away and glanced back over really fast and I noticed right when he was done pooing, there was watery looking blood on the top. I am so freaked out. Why would there be blood on his poop? He had a tick not to long ago, maybe about 2 weeks ago that my dad had taken out himself, I wanted to take him to the vet but my dad saw it and took it out! Could this be symptoms of lymes disease?? or could it be that he just was having trouble? What should I do??

I have recently moved to a new house with a huge cat enclosure, and I am looking to get my two moggies some new friends. Anyone give me some ideas for the best sites to find some. I have checked out local shelters, rspca, cat protection society, etc but none of the cats there were what I am looking for.
They need to be Aussie sites. Thank you.

The kitten if from the humane society and was taken to the vet today for congestion, sneezing, and slobering. About 30 minutes ago it starting going limp and is breathing through it's mouth. My roommate is on the way to the vet right now but what is going on and how could it happen so fast. Just an hour ago it was just hanging out with a cold.

We have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat. She is spaid and up to date on shots. Up until recently she was completely housebroken. The last couple of weeks she's been wetting on everyone's blankets and beds (with the exception of my youngest daughter who is her primary owner). Does she need to see a vet? Is she sick? Is it possible that an animal with a brain pan smaller than a racketball could be spiteful enough to pick on everyone in the house that is not "the girl"? Thank you very much, in advance for your intellectual investment!!

I came home from work to find my (indoor house)cat laying on the floor, breathing weird. Later he started foaming at the mouth and shortly there after died. My child said the cat had been that way for a few hours, but was unable to reach me at work. What could have happened to my cat? I have other cats in the house and do not want the same thing to happen to them. Please help! Thank you!

I just got my cat of 2 years about 5 days ago and I have tried to play with her with string and mice and other things and she doesnt seem to be interested. When she sprints up and down the stairs it seems like her way of hunting but it scares me everytime and I was wondering if there is something she is going through that is causing this or if this is healthy or if there is something I could offer her to make things easier.
