Everyday my mom let's my cat out in the backyard.

I know he's a cat and everything but I worrry non-stop that something really bads going to happen to him.

Like get attacked by my neighbors dogs.

They've got a black labrador and a german shepard then in my other neighbors yard, they have ANOTHER black labrador.

My cat likes to venture into my neighbors yards and everytime I see him jump over the fence I feel like my heart just exploded.

Then of course the dog starts going crazy and all that's racing through my mind is OMG IS MY CAT OKAY?!

I don't like having to ruin my cats fun by catching him and putting him back inside.. so should I worry about him or not?

I love my kitty oh so very much..

My cats' pee always sticks to the bottom of the box and I have to scrape it off. Is there an easy way to prevent this? Should I use more litter? Maybe I should use a litter box liner? Thanks in advance.

I have found a kitten in my garden .it doesn`t belong to any one living close by ,and i think it might be a wild cat( (it`s very scared of people )The thing is it will drink milk but i can`t get it to eat anything .How can i tell if it`s old enough to eat ? .it`s very tiny and thin ,but it doesn`t seem to be ill And also what should i be feeding it .

My younger cat continually goes to the bathroom outside the litter box. It's not just urination. And I clean the box at LEAST 3 times a day, and sometimes she'll go outside the box right after I clean it. Occasionally she's gone in my shower, which really just makes me mad because I hate cleaning that up. I have one other cat but she never goes outside the box. Do i just need to break down and get another litter box? She doesn't have any infections or anything.

I adopted a tortoiseshell calico kitten at the begining of March, 2006. She was just 6-7 weeks old at the time. So she is now 10-11 months old. However, she has not grown AT ALL since about 4 months of age. She is still small enough to curl up and sleep in my hand. Does anyone know of a condition that would stunt her growth, and is there anything I should be doing for her? She is very playful, albeit slightly skittish and anti-social (although that's mainly when the black lab and beagle chase her). She cuddles up under my chin and sleeps with me most nights. So it just seems she's very tiny. But I just outside opinions.

I went to the keys 2 years ago to dive and there were strays all over. This year I went to Marathon and every nite outsite the resort there had to be 25-30 stray cats roaming around at night.
Why doesn't the Florida government do something about this?

We got "Tigger" a year before we added another kitty. She was never a lover, but she would occasionally lay on my and let me rub the top of her head. Its been 6 months since we added "Baby Roo" and ever since her addition Tigger will NOT let us pet her. She moves away as if it physically hurts her to be petted! And if she knows I'm moving towards her to pet her, she runs off. Why??

I hate to post another "help with a name" question, but I'm truly at a loss. My boyfriend and I are getting a small black and white, female cat and are having a tough time with the name. I was hoping to come up with something that goes with her look. Like I said, she's small, black and white. She's missing most of her ears due to frost bite (ya ya, I know there's some good ones to go with that, but we won't be using any of those lol), and her eyes are the deepest, darkest blue-green color. They're amazing!! Any names that work with the color of her eyes? Her name at the animal shelter right now is Emerald, but I don't really like that.

Thanks for your suggestions :)

I will be away from home for about 3-5 months and I can't visit my cat during this time. My little friend is very attached to me. He's always around me. Will he remember me when I return home or will I be a stranger to him?

I think he will get really sad if I'm not with him for this much. What do you think?

Thanks.

I was wondering if the medications from 1-800-Petmeds are exactly the same as the ones that the vets offer? I recently bought a 3-month supply of Revolution for my cat from the vet for $75, and when I went online to check the price on 1-800-Petmeds for the same exact product (same brand name and quantity), is was only $45! Is there a difference in potency or something, or is this truly a bargain? Thank you!

I adopted a stray black kitten and this bugger is wild. I never put much stock in what they say about black cats but mine arches it back and does these crazy voodoo dances. I never seen other color cats do this.

I will put my hand up and it will arch its back and get this look like it is possessed. It is wild.
