Cats will usually get eye boogies just like humans. However, if this doesn't look like the typical eye boogie, I would suggest you bring her to the vet. Cats can get eye infections just like humans and could need some antibiotics to cure it.
Good luck! =)

I agree with the with everyone who has answered. It dose sound like an eye infection.
I have several cats who have had the same problem normally just having a vet clean the eye and apply ointments or drops can help, in the mean time just clean it gently with a soft cloth.DoJust don't apply any over the counter antibiotics. I just think it would be better to let a vet look at it.

by way of fact i'm no longer a vet, i dont particularly understand whats incorrect, yet be effective to observe in the adventure that your cat is sneezing, how lots he's ingesting/ eating and different stuff like that. call up the vet asap and tell her the indications. unwell guess she has a minor eye an infection that desires extremely clensing.

Cats & dogs get a version of "pink eye" all you need to do it clean it gently with a warm soft face cloth when it gets bad and put some Polysporin eye drops (can get it any any drug store) in your cats eye twice a day...should be cleared up in about a week.

She may have an infection in it and need some antibiotic cream from the vet. If you've been cleaning it for a few days then I get it sorted now before it gets worse and causes more problems.

The cat has bacteria in the eye, it will eventually dry up- this happens to my cat sometimes. I just leave her alone and it goes away. Definately don't wipe it though. YOU might have gotten the bacteria in it's eye.

Eye infection. Maybe the start of a kitty cat cold. Worth keeping an eye on things, but not necessary to run to emergency vet. You could call your vet tomorrow and get a professional opinion. He/she may want to have a look.
