furballs, buddy. All cats get them in varying degrees after grooming. You can help her out by making sure that the kitten is brushed often to remove extra fur.

It could be hairballs. That's one of the downsides of having one cat clean the other cat. However, if you brush your kitten regularly, the hairballs should be less frequent.
I was having that problem with one of my kittens was cleaning my other kitten a lot and would hack up the hairballs. We got into a more normal brushing routine with the other kitten and now we have pretty much little to no hairballs coming up anymore.

Yes, probably it is stuck in her throat a little. It won't hurt her. Her grooming the baby kitten is good for both of them - strengthens the bond and makes them well-socialized. It's great she takes such good care of the kitten!

You can either buy some cat food for hairball prevention or multi vitamins, cat treats, etc. You can go to Petsmart, Petco, any leading pet store.

They're furballs - you should give the cats some coconut oil - it helps with it going down to the stomach.
And brush more!

Its just fur balls get some medication she'll be fine. you can buy it at any drug store or pet co.
