When she gets up her body goes back and forth and she throws up and the fluid is a bright yellow. That has a bad stinch. Could this be aside affect from a dog tick?

As an AKC judge, I get a lot of things that others may not get.

The AKC is seriously thinking of allowing people to register their mixed breed dogs with the AKC.

They would have to be neutered to be registered.

The advantage for mixed breed people is that this would allow them to compete with their dogs in AKC event such as obedience, rally, agility, etc.

So, if this happened, would it influence the type of dog that you would get for your next dog?

On one level I could see it being great to reduce the number of unwanted dogs. On another level, I could see it hugely cutting the demand for purebred dogs.

What do you think?

ok I have a 15 gal tank, and i have 3 adult mollies and about 13-14 2-3month old baby mollies, and 2 neon tetra's (i had 3 but 1 died a few days ago, but planning to buy 1 more), and 1 Pleco whos grown to be about 4.5inchs...
I was wondering, if a Corydora(bottom feeder) would be good in my tank?? I was told to get 3 because they like to be in groups..

He's been sick for a few weeks. It started when i fed him some asparagus, and he got a lump on his behind. It went away. Then it came back. Then it went away again. After a week or so of coming and going, the lump stayed and did not disappear. It seemed stable for about 5 weeks. Quite recently, I found he had what looked like blood all over (sorry there's no polite way of saying this) his butt, but not so much on the lump. Despite him constantly cleaning himself, a week later and it's still there. I DO NOT believe this lump is a tumor. Please tell me what's wrong with him. I cannot afford to take him to the vet. If it helps, he is a longhaired teddybear hamster. ALL IDEAS ARE APPRECIATED. Is he a biohazard?

My Cat hates my husband whenever he comes in from work the cat starts scratching him. I tell the cat off but nothing works. I can't really afford training at the moment.

I just took my mini schnauzer out for a walk and she started peeing blood and shes definently not in season because shes fixed(spayed) and i thought it could be lack of water so i gave her some water or i also thought it could be because she misses our other schnauzer Zoey because i usualy walk them together. I just got my Papillon from a breeder, and so far she has erect ears like paps should. But can I still touch them a bit, like when I pet her on the head? Will it ruin the cartalidge in her ears?

last night my neighbors 2 dobermans and 1 mutt got into my yard they killed my 12 yr old poodle and one of my staffies and injured one of the staffies to the point I think we may have to euthenize her. When i called them to please come get their dogs and showed them what they did the guy said hmm who would have thought dobbies could kill pitbulls.I was dumbfounded I didnt even know what to say when he said that he never appologized or anything just got his dogs and left what should I do? Im heartbroken over all of this we love our dogs like children and he acted like it was no big deal.

i have made the appointment for my cat to get her first booster it is in 2 weeks. anyways my question is .. is there anything i should look for in her behaviour afterwards? beforehands? any information i should have available for the vet? this will be the first cat that I have personally taken to the vet for needles. help would be great. oh and one more q. while the vet is examining what will he be checking for. oh sorry one more. lol. when he trims my cats claws how much will he trim?

Ok, my cat had a bad eye infection about a month ago (started with one eye being VERY swollen, pussy, watery, then spread to both eyes. I took him to the vet immediately and they put him on some drops. He got the drops for a few weeks and his eyes SLOWLY got better. The drops are gone and his eyes still get green crusty things in the corners. When I lift his eye the whites of his eye are just a little red still, he started sneezing maybe once every other day, and he breathes really heavy like he is congested, like he's snorting through his nose (it's weird). Should i take him back to the vet, he doesn't seem sick, I just want to know if this breathing thing is something to be alarmed about??

i have three pit bulls and they are great dogs, and love babies and little kids! my pit debo is the sweetest dog i have ever met! and i am not just saying that because i love him...he is like a big baby! he cuddles with my mom all of the time and sleeps in my mom and dads bed with them...he is so gentle and i dont think that people have the right idea about them at all!

We just moved from an apartment to a townhome. We have 2 chihuahua's that used to go on pee pads in the apartment so when we got our sheltie he did what they did. We tried to take him out but didn't go outside just right when he got back inside. we got the chihuahua's to go outside now with putting pee pads outside. The sheltie however has not gone to the bathroom at all since 10 pm so now it's been almost 16 hours since he went last. The last time he went he went inside the house on a peepad and im sure he would if i gave in and let him go in the house. Is there something i can do to get him to go outside ive tried just about everything but i don't want him to hurt himself by not going.

The other day my cat got into a fight with another cat and his cheek got sliced open, well I cleaned it up and put some ointment on it. Well it looked like it started healing. Anyways, i was petting him the other day and was checking to see if his cut was healing when i noticed there was a hole under his cut and just under his cheek. it looked like a little of his cheek was sticking out, so I put some ointment on that too. Well the past couple days it's been getting bigger and pusier and looking really bad. He has a hole in his face and it's scaring me to death! Someone mentioned a worble then someone else mentioned cancer! I am freaking out now thinking it's cancer. I didn't think cancer would start that fast and I would think if he had cancer that he would be acting sickly, but he isn't. I'm not exactly positive how old he is since he just showed up at my fiances grandpas and he gave him to me.

I go to work from 9-5.. I don't want too big of a dog or too small.
I live in a house by myself with medium size back yard.
I wanna be able to take it for a jog once in a while but don't have time to excersize it regularly. I want the dog to be smart so It can be trained easly.

he has hair loss that started from below his ears and have made their way on the top of his head and around his neck... it's very dry and parts of it look really red, and i'm gonna take him to the vet, but just wanted to see if there was a disease that fit the symptoms? he also doesn't scratch where it is.

My friend received a dog as a gift,they broke up and now the bf is asking her to chip in the payments for the dog. He told her that if she doesn’t pay the dog shop will take the dog back? Is this possible?
my guess is that whoever bought the dog(the boyfriend) in this case will owe the money and if he doesn’t pay the amount/debt/account will become delinquent and will go to collections? What are the legal ramifications of this?

well she is more than a year old she's a mini dob/chihuahua
and when were not home she likes to take whatever there is and rip it up magazines, paper towels.....anything! and even garbage ewww!!!!!!! and it's really getting on my nerves how can i make her stop becase yesterday she ripped up a little srtaw basket adn she was throwing up all over and i want to stop her before she eats something that can really hurt her! My Male betta is in a large fishtank with other fish [betas can be housed with other no agressive fish] But he is never bitten on but lately he has been getting puffy big eyes that turned kinda clear, then they got this white film over them...... is there anything to treat this or did he just get blind of old age because he is about 4 years old. he will be 5 in 2 weeks
