Yes she can. It usually passes quickly even if it isn't treated as long as she can breath and eat well.

Absolutely.
Kennel cough, or Bordetella, is a very common illness among dogs. There is an easy vaccine for it that does not even require a shot. I would suggest getting vaccinated against it and saving your dog a lot of hardship if they visit with other dogs very often.
If your dog already has Kennel Cough, take him or her to the vet and get Antibiotics. It is possible for them to get over it on their own, but it can take a lot of time and if it gets too bad, the dog's nose can become so blocked that they cannot smell. If they cannot smell, they usually will not eat.

Just like with people, it depends. If the cough is Kennel Cough or an infection, then yes. If the cough is a nervous habit or allergies then no.

Of course. It's called Kennel Cough. Or there is another disease called Parvo. Or there could be any number of other diseases that would cause your dog to cough.
TAKE HIM TO A VET!

Yeah. When a dog is coughing.. it is most likely Kennel Cough/Bordetella (sp) which is HIGHLY contagious. But don't worry, its easily treatable!
