Take her to the vet. She could have a urinary tract infection, or something worse.

I would highly suggest a trip to the vet with your pup is in order. Something is going on bladder infection, kidney stone. gall stones etc. Yes kidney stones I had a king Charles cavalier spaniel that developed a fist full of good sized gall stones. Having the pup checked out by a vet would be the first step to take.

TO THE VET!!
Where in heaven's name did you ever get the ridiculous notion that withholding water causes someone to bleed?!
This is not normal. If you are so "very very very very concerned" then stop wasting time on the computer asking unqualified strangers on the internet who haven't even seen your dog, let alone examined her! Get off your butt and call your vet. Be sure and describe the symptom of blood. If your vet can't get her in today, take her to the emergency vet.

Of course take her to the vet to be sure, but it may be a urinary tract infection. Take her to the vet ASAP. You want to get her treated, and comfortable as soon as possible.

Do you pee blood when dehydrated or sad? NO! If you peed blood, you would go to the doctor. Do the same for your pup.

Take her to the vets immediately. teh reasons you give would not be a reason for blood in the urine.
When you see blood in the urine or stool get to teh vet NOW

She needs to see a VET. It can be anything from urinary infection, stones, or bladder cancer.
