I normally give my cat 1 can of Fancy Feast in the morning and then 1 more after I get home from work. This morning I gave her 2 cans of it and she's thrown up (as far as I know) twice today. I'm not sure if it's just because I gave her too much food or if she's coming down with something.

My cat has just scraped her leg on the table. It's not bleeding, just scraped, but I don't want it to get infected. What should I do? Is neosporin an option or will it be poisonous to her since she could lick it off?

ive had a redtail boa for a week and a half. The pet store owner said she hadnet ate for the past week before i got her. so its been nearly 2 1/2 weeks since she ate last. ive done everything to see if shell eat. i feed her dead mice but shes only 20" long so i go with fuzzies or hoppers and idk if this is normal for her not to eat or what? help plz.

We have a Quaker Parrot, and I know you have to get them DNA sexed. But if it is a female at what age do they usually lay eggs? And do you need a nestbox in order for this to happen, or would they lay them right on the bottom of the cage? (the bottom has like a grate thing over it)

my aunt has an appr 7 month old TAG.. and he is still insistant on haveing 1 hand feeding of a morning and she is unsure as to why bc he gets pellets and fresh fruits and veggies?.. also she was told that he can have only 1 peanut a day.. is this true and if so why is that?? .. she raises blue and gold Macaws and not had this problem with them.. thanks in advance.. ok i got a 7 weak old tee-cup chiwawa caled Kianah, 6 weak old tee-cup yorkie called Amber, 6 weak old tee-cup maltese caled Vicki and another tee-cup poodle caled Ronald Freddy JR. - all i got from a profesonal breader in australia.

Hi I just got two kittens I really only wanted one, I already have a two year old male and i just wanted him to have company, the my freind went with me and she has four cats herself!!!!! Her cats are 13, 14, 16 and she also has one that is two years old. She told me she was jealous that I was taking two kittens and that one of them her husband had fallen in love with i told het that my kids think one of the kittens is ugly and that is the one her husband loves, SHOULD i give it to her as a gift??? I thought i could give it at Thanksgiving my kids love both of them but i feel like her two year old cat should have a companiom also as her other three cats are all so old the 16 year old is already losing weight and his fur he is getting ready to die......... what do you think serious answers only!!!!

We had our dog fixed today and he is acting like he is so much pain. We have had all our animals fixed and I know they can all be different. Is there anything besides this rimadyl we can give him for the pain. The vet has not returned our calls yet and the yelping is getting very old.

We got Bruce from a breeder when he was six months old. Apparently he had very little contact with humans in this time and today, over one month later, he still is scared of anything outside the house and back yard. He spooks at the sound of a car, the wind, loud voices, or any fast moves. He only goes in and out one particular door of the house. He is unwilling to move when he is spooked, which makes a trip to the vet for vaccincations very difficult. At now 80lbs we have to carry him if we need him to move. He is in a very loving home with tons of hugs and positive reinfocement and treats. He gets along great with the kids and our second dog, a German Shephard and comes to us to lay his head on our laps. We try to socialize him by taking him to "low key" family gatherings or on walks, but frankly having to carry him back to the car to go home is major labor. We need help in socializing him and making him more confident in dealing with the world that lies outside the house!

My cat Lynx has had this problem off and on ever since i got him neutered last year. He gets this really nasty cough, you can also hear a rattling noise in his chest. Which causes him to have breathing problems, the only way i can help is to put him on my knee's with his head facing the floor and gently tap his back and sides, i tap his back for a while until he coughs really bad and this really nasty thick white mucus comes out of his lungs. This has happened to him when he's gotten stressed out, but it only last for 2 days tops. But this time he's not stressed out and he's had it for the last 5 days, its not getting any worse but its not getting any better. what i'm wondering is, maybe he could just have a cold this time? He still eating and drinking normally, even though he's sleeping more. If anybody has any ideas on what this is or what i can do i'd really appreciate the infomation.
