Being around cats all the time its just something I've tended to notice.
I've always been drawn to orange cats because there is just something special about them.

I have a huge black male, and a huge tuxedo male cat, that get along just fine together. Each time I introduce them to other color cats...they never get along. I tried a siamese, a calaco, an all white cat, and a tabby. The boys just don't like other cats? Is it because they are not the same type? The other cats were different genders by the way.

I dont know yet if she has it, but I think she does. I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow and if she has it can I be tested for it too? I heard it can be passed on to humans and she basically sleeps on my face every night.

well i seen him/her scratching the butt but i gave him a worm pill but i checked his butt well i seen a string hanging from the kittens butt with poop but the string wont come out
wat should i do??
the kitten is goin 2 the "doctors" the 14th of this month
how would he/she get a string by his butt?
should i b worried?? i took off the poop but string is still there
it doesnt act like its hurting him/her
any suggestions??

She is not yet fixed, has has all her shots, and is followed up on everything. Sometimes she rubbs the carpet, sometimes she scratches with her paw, I don't know what it could be. Can dogs get allergies from people?

This weekend I will be pet sitting a friend’s pit-bull/lab puppy for 2 months until he gets his new house in January..…his current apartment will not allow any animals…Here’s the thing I have no clue as to what to expect , what to do or how this little girl is going to interact with my cats…….I used to have a dog but that was back in the day when I was like 12 and she was already grown and she was always outside….. The puppy’s owner is going to provide potty pads , food toys, a create, and a soft little bed and wanted to give me money for the time she will be with me but I told him he didn’t have to…but If he felt a need to give a donation to a shelter instead…….I need to know how …..to make sure she goes on her potty pads, how to correct her , if I should leave her food out ….it sound like common since …..but I never had a puppy and I am a cat person and cats pretty much take care of themselves…

i have a rottie his 4 years old this month Nov , i trained him well
everyone says how good he is but he has always growled at me if he gets
told off, he hates doing things bad and has to please . when i take his
lead of in the park he growls i just tell him bad dog and ignore him
. I talt him to give his paw he can do one paw then the next now he
get paronode and acts like his getting told of he has never snapped or
tryed to bite anyone. i told him off today and now he just follows me
everywhere till i give him attention , i don't no what I'm doing
wrong or if i should keep him i love him so much i hope i can sort this
out his a gentleman when his not a grump

i mean not really, but when my dad calls him(or my mom, he does the samething with me and my brother) he starts wagging his tail like crazy and comes right away, when i call him he just looks at me (when he is calm) and when he is hyper he just runs away.oh and yea sometimes i do "bug him, mess around with him" and well u know like when he is sleeping ill go and pick him up and blow in his ears(he hates that) n e ways please answer my question.

we just got a kitten and when my hamster goes to hamster Heaven , I would like another animal (rodent or small animal) I don`t want fish , and preferabilly not another hamster , is there any more pretty e-z- to take care of rodents or other small animals ?

I have a 23 year old senior mare, who is an morab (arab-morab corss). She needs to gain to make me happy about 50 lbs. She gets the best hay, senior feed that costs like 17 dollars a bag, complete horse sweet feed, and oats. Once in a while she gets cracked corn. It doesn't help that she is 7ft long, and has the longest legs in the world. She is all legs!! And she has the longest abdomne I have ever seen!! So I know that contributes to it, but it is not all of it. She has good teeth and is in good health. She is stall fed since the horse that we board is a huge pig and will chase her out of her feed. And she is wormed. So I don't know what to do with her. Or is there something I should be feeding her?

Horse experts, please help.

while she is there she makes a clicking sound also she licks my face and neck all the time. Is this a good sign? I have the chance to get hwr sister. but not sure. is she better with another rabbit or will she be better on her own? thanks

We have 2 pet rats in my preschool class but they stink up the room. We have gone threw 3 cages just to find one that would be easier to clean and not smell. We always keep the cages clean, but they still smell! I just put them in a brand new cage today, the top comes off easily so the bottom is very easy to clean, but I swear - it smelled after 5 minutes of having them in there!

They are litter box trained, but only for #2... they still pee anywhere they want and I guess that's the problem.

Any advise?? The kids love the rats but they'll have to go if they continue to smell stinky. (I mean the rats will have to go, not the kids, lol).

my cat, smeagie, just runs from wherever he is in the house and just sits there watching. and i can almost hear him saying in a cartman-from-south-park kind of voice "haha, you're cleanin up my poooo!"

i put my hand into the cage to pet him and he BIT me, i took my finger out, in shock, and he was still attached to it and he flew with my finger and landed on the FLOOR!!!! he played dead and rolled on his back for a few moments, then he woke up and i noticed it was hard for him to walk (couldve been because he was on hard wood floor?) so i picked him up gave him a sunflower seed and put him right back in his cage, at first he just sat there breathing heavily but once iturned the light off left him alone for a few, i came back and he was walking on his wheel, and took more food from my hand. i was wondering how i would know if hes okay or not? anyone help please=( im feel so horrible right now
