Cockatiel egg has black dots?

Question

My Cockatiel layed a egg her and her male mate sit on it but the egg has black spots is there a problem?Will the egg hatch and is it natural.They are Dna tested teils

The egg shell has the spot the spots are tiny

She is Sitting on the egg. Egg is Fertile. Dont know if they turn it every 30 minutes, It wa layed today and they are sitting on the egg

Cockateils lay an egg every two days up to about six, the hen will usually incubate the eggs for about 22 days, 10 days after last is hatched you should be able to candle the egg with a flashlight and tell if the egg is fertile you will see the blood veins, but be careful and try not to disturb or frighten as the could break the eggs or abandon them

Ok...I breed teils and Ive never had an egg with black spots. is it just dirt? Also can you tell me what the hens doing? Is she sitting the egg too? For it to hatch it A) has to be fertile B) has to be turned by the parents every 30 mins. and C) has to be incubated constantly by either parent once they start to incubate. Tell me a lil more and I'll try to help. Oh and they usually lay more then one, more like 4-6 and they usually start to incubate after the last one is laid. How do you know its fertile? Have you candled it? Oh and you wont see them turn the egg..they roll it with there beaks every half hour or so and the way I know mine do it is i put a lil dot on one side of each egg wth a sharpie and I can see they were turned.
