Your dog responds to the people that he considers to be the Alpha (leader). He probably thinks that you are not above him but at the same level. You need to teach him that you are not his equal (in a firm but gentle manner)

The same thing happened with me and my dog, there is an easy solution take him/her on a walk every day they love it or if that still dos'nt work don't try to win him/her over woth dog treats become it's bestfriend by feeding it and playing with it frequently.

Dogs order their world like wolves do: every member of the family has a rank. Your dog considers your parents to be the alpha dogs of his pack. He does not consider you or your brother to have a higher rank than himself, so he doesn't feel the need to fawn over you or obey you.

who ever trained him he will pay attention to the most. You are not the alpha or leader of his pack. Therefore he doesn't care. Trust me the same thing happend to me when my dad trained my dog.

Dog's nature is very smart and good memory, don't tease or make him scarced once he will remember, don't blow his ears any more, when you call him he looked at you because he suspected you will blow his ears again, be gentle to him and then he will loves you

es que los perros eligen siempre a un dueño, en este caso, el eligiò a tu papà, pero no te aflijas, que no por eso quiere decir que no te ame tanto como tu a el...
a proposito...quien lo alimenta???

what you have done to him if any one does to you what you will do? same thing it is doing it cant fight with u and it cant bite/hurt you because you are its master then what its will do just going away from you. not ignoring you that is not human the don't know hatred and ignoring it is just escaping from you. give some love to it it will alright.
