She is not yet fixed, has has all her shots, and is followed up on everything. Sometimes she rubbs the carpet, sometimes she scratches with her paw, I don't know what it could be. Can dogs get allergies from people?

Sounds like your pup has a hotspot. Hotspots are specific areas of your animal's body that get itchy dues to stress and/or alergies. The following remedy will help with skin conditions as well as fleas and it is all natural.

In a 16 ounce bottle, I mix 1 to 2 ounces of Neem oil,emu oil and/or jojoba oil, some extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil and just a few drops or half a dram of tea tree oil, To this, I add a tablespoon of golden seal extract. I fill the rest of the bottle 1/2 with organic white vinegar and water. I mix all ingredients well and massage the mixture into the entire surface of the skin or just the affected areas. I do NOT rinse. l usually do this once or twice a week, depending on the severity of the skin condition or flea outbreak. For severe hot spots, I may apply the mixutre 2 to 4 times a day on these spots. ( The only drawback is the tea tree oil's strong odor.).

She may have a bad or loose tooth, or a blocked tear duct. Allergies can be a problem too, or an irritant like carpet or carpet cleaner. It would be best to have the Vet take a look especially if it is teeth or eyes. You need the professional then. Best of luck to you and pup!

My dog recently has been doing the same thing-he's a lab like yours. And we took him to the vet to find out what it was, and the vet said it was some sort of dry skin thing, and he had a couple of rashes under his fur. But he also said it was nothing to worry about - and he just gave our dog a bottle of pills to get rid of it.

first- take her to the vet. we can only give you ideas

It might be a rash on her cheek, it might be an infection, and it might be an ear infection. She is most likely NOT allergic to people (lol) but does need to see a vet ASAP so whatever's wrong can be fixed. Dogs pretend they're fine when they are in pain, it's instinctual, so take her to the vet ;) .

I would take her to the vet and have it looked at, it could be a few things, it could be her teeth or a tooth, her ears, or just and itchy spot.

Look inside her mouth. She might have a bad tooth or have something stuck between her teeth.
