I have two Tonkenise cats one is almost 10 human yaers old the other almost 8 years. The older is a girl and she seems to be getting and looking weaker than she used too! I'm worried that she is getting old. I have also just recently introduced a staffy puppy to the family she may just be reacting to his presence. I love my cats and want to know how much longer i have with them?
Can anyone Help? I have searched the web but im not very good at finding what i need i always find useless junk.

I have a 10 gallon unheated (room temp) tank with 2 snails, two fancy Goldfish and Dojo loach. It is planted and contains a lump of bog wood.
The filter is the type that hangs of the back with filter cartridge, and I have a small airstone.
I'd like to add some Shrimps and may be a clam?
My biggest fear is that the Shrimp will get eaten, or sucked into the filter.
Looking at other questions posted, I guess that ghost shrimps are glorified fish food, so perhaps something a little larger would work?
I would appreciate any advice on the best way to go!

My 11 year old son wants a blue tongued skink (not sure if that is spelled right). I also have a 4 year old and two dogs in the house. I'm not sure I want this in my house. I've heard that lizards carry disease and such. I wanted to see if this is true? Also to find out from owners what other issues we could encounter should a lizard be added to our home.

We took our kitty to the vet and they did a fecal test on her and it came back saying that she has roundworms. While at the vet they said that her swollen belly could because of worms or that she was pregnant. I think that she may be pregnant because her belly expanded pretty rapidly since we took her in and the doc agreed. The vet wants us to come by and pick up some wormer, but I don't know whether we should worm her or not b/c of the possible pregnancy. I don't know if it would be possible to speak to an actual doctor without making another appt b/c the girl that works behind the counter seems to not care about people's (animal's) problems. It does no good to complain about this girl b/c this is a military vet clinic. What should I do?

we just got a rescued dog about 2 months ago. He is a 2 year old neutered poodle. we were told he is house trained. He was pretty good about going to bathroom outside till recently he had one accident in the house.

Till then he is having accidents too often. He is starting to poop on our couch. Why is he pooping on the furniture?

My hamsters keep eating each other and I do not know what to do. There was a mom, dad, 6 babies and an albino baby. Dad got eaten, 1 baby got eaten, the albino got eaten, and there is one baby, half eaten. He is still alive and running around but you can see some of his insides, by his neck. is there any way I can help him? or the othrers?
