Do anyone know which is cheaper as far as fence goes privacy or chain link? I have had people tell me that privacy is cheaper but I always thought chain link would be cheaper.

I would like to place my bed (now placed diagnally) under a set of double windows to open up my space. I never keep the windows open (They are covered with fabric always). Is this bad for the chi? Is there anything I can do so that it "corrects" the bad chi? Thanks!

I've been wiping the floor for about 3 hours now. I've gone over it numerous times and it's almost clean but not quite. My question.... can I go to bed and leave the floor if it is still slightly cloudy from the grout (and wipe it again tomorrow of course) or do I have to make it squeeky clean tonight?

How soon can you shower after painting the bathroom? Will the moisture/heat mess up the paint?

what color of grout should i use..my bathroom will be black granite with slate tiles and metal accent deco's

Should the accent wall be behind the headboard (solid wall)... or could it/should it be the wall with the windows (2 windows and it's the first wall you see when you walk in the bedroom).

Any thoughts?

I have a one solid piece of vinyl in my bathroom that is faded but installed solid. I bought some 12 X 12 self adhesive tiles to install. I want to stick them to the existing vinyl flooring without putting another sheet of luan plywood down. What should I do to prep the existing vinyl floor so that the tiles stick well? Anyone ever done this before? Let me know.

My ceilings are 16 feet high, and I thought it would be fun to have a little nest-like thing that I can climb into. Maybe there's a website or something that would point me in the right direction?

We are trying to work with what we have and its pretty difficult. I have 70's style orange countertops and darker wood cabinets. What color do you think would look good on the walls? We think white is the only color, but I want some color. Also, what color would you use for cabinet handles? I think silver, he thinks black.

My bathroom has white tile and whit grout..well it's supposed to be white but it's really hard to keep it that way. Is it possible to dye it or something...also, can you paint tile and put some sort of sealant on it to keep the design protected? If you can answer either question that would be awesome.

We've just moved into a house with the 70's green vinyl flooring in the bathroom. It's in great condition but it's ugly! We want to do an under the sea theme for our son, and I would like to paint the floor to look the bottom of an ocean floor.
We're remodeling the kitchen right now- so putting a new floor in the bathroom is not in the budget for a year or so.
Please don't just say yes or no- I'd like to know reasons. Thanks!
