The accent wall should be the wall behind the bed, the bed should be the main focus of the bedroom, and making the wall pop will do that. The wall with the two windows though should not be ignored if it is the first thing you see. I'd explore options for really neat window treatments, and maybe hang art, place a shelf, or put a unique piece of furniture on that wall.

seem to me that the wall behind the TV is going to be looked at more often than the one behind your bed. What I have enjoyed about a room wall in accent is that wall where the mini-blinds case a pattern on the wall as the sun light is reflected on the wall. So you may want to leave your choice white or cream and paint a color on the other three walls. Study your bedroom right refection.

Accent walls should always be the solid wall that has no interruption, such as a door or window.
Otherwise, the accent color competes with the other elements and defeats the purpose.

Your accent wall should be the one on the south side of the house. That way you'll feel all warm and cozy inside. There's nothing like a southern accent. :-)
Seriously, you should paint the wall the bed is on, have the other ones be the other color.

Depends how your room is situated. But, you should be able to see it as a focal point as soon as you walk into the room. So, if your bed is in the middle of the far wall as you walk in, that would be your accent wall. I am assuming that you are also wallpapering? Then they would be the side walls. They shouldn't be the main focal point.

Behind the headboard. They always do that on design shows as an extra tall headboard look.
