Makes no sounds during filling.....fills fine. Actually spins, but makes really loud thumping sounds and also sounds like it's about to just die any minute (kind of like an old car that's about to stall), but keeps chugging along. I read somewhere that it may be off balance, but I tried running it empty and still had the same problem. Anyway solutions? Really can't afford a new washer right now, but need to know if the problem is so great that I may as well buy a new one. By the way, don't EVER buy GE......nothing but problems from my dryer and now THIS with my washer!

How do you remove air block in Hot water Tap?
I do not have central heating so my water is heated by an emersion heater.

The kitchen sink mixer tap has been replaced but the hot water only trickles when fully on. I have been told there maybe a air lock I have run gallons of hot water but still the water only trickles.

The cold water tap is perfect. Any ideas what i can do to get a better flow of hot water.

They've come twice to shampoo and clean the air ducts and it still stinks. It smells like mildew and smoke. It's in my clothes, hair, and linens. It can cause a problem with my profession as a massage therapist where cleanliness is key and i do not smell clean no matter if I just washed my clothes the night before.

What I'd really like to do is paint my hall a deep golden yellow and the living area and recessed dining niche an even deeper shade of yellow. Problem is I'm confused with all the shades available, some look great others too dull, I'm afraid I'm going to choose one which looks great on paper but end up looking hideous on my walls..I also heard of a shade called 'honey yellow' havent seen it anywhere though. I have a lot of potted plants and plenty of windows, so the mood I want to create is of a soft shaded garden...HELP!!

I can't get the tiles off of my bathroom walls and have bee advised to tile over the ones I have. My only concern is that the gap from the wall to the top of the tile will be really noticible? (Tiles go half way up the wall at the sink and is therefore just under eye level). Will this be really noticible? Anyone done this? Any tips? Help!

the switch controls two outlet boxes to which i have a total of 300 watts of power being used. The place has older wiring with only a hot wire and neutral wire although i did connect a ground from switch to the back of the box. The buzzing changes in frequencey from noticable to very noticeable and happens whether
i use a 600w single pole dimmer switch or a 1100w single pole dimmer switch but does not happen if i use a standard on/off switch.

I need to build a wooden observation tower so that buyers of my condominiums can see the view they will have from their first floor and second floor balconies. The tower therefore needs to have two platforms, one at first floor level (5 feet above the ground) and one at second floor level (15 feet above the ground). Can someone tell me how large each platform needs to be, and approximately how much this tower would cost to build? If you need to view the site, please go to my 360 page and see my primary photo. Thank you!

Recently, I have seen these tiny flies flying around my home. They're not house flies, fruit flies, or gnats. They're a little smaller or about the same size as fruit flies, but not as fast nor do they have red eyes. Does anyone have any ideas what kind of flies these are? And, what's the best way to get rid of them? I looked around and I don't see any breeding spots.
