This sounds like mildew, and needs to be dealt with immediately. Seriously consider getting a dehumidifier for your kitchen. Keeping baking soda in the fridge will help keep the moisture level down as well. Anywhere you see the mildew growing, spray with either 3 parts water to 1 part bleach or a cleaner with bleach in it. I use Clorox Clean-Up. Dont forget to get into the folds of the seal on your fridge.

"Black" sounds like mold. Use bleach. For the inside of the fridge, use q-tips and bleach to get in under the rubber seal. Mold is "very" unhealthy, especially if anyone in your family has asthma, or trouble breathing.

Sounds like mould. Clean it with bleach and water and check the humidity in your home - it is probably too moist or damp. You may need a de-humidifier. Careful you don't dry out too much 'cause then you get all sorts of dry moulds.
