How do you remove air block in Hot water Tap?
I do not have central heating so my water is heated by an emersion heater.

The kitchen sink mixer tap has been replaced but the hot water only trickles when fully on. I have been told there maybe a air lock I have run gallons of hot water but still the water only trickles.

The cold water tap is perfect. Any ideas what i can do to get a better flow of hot water.

If there's a connection between the wall and the faucet, and theres a shutoff valve on it, I'd try shutting off the wall valve, disconnecting the hose from the faucet, and trying to shoot some water into a bucket. If it trickles out at that point, you have a problem with the hose or wall valve. if it blasts out (be careful, it might!) then you have an obstruction in the faucet. Sometimes debris and grit can get into the valve of a faucet, and some of them will come apart for inspection and cleaning, some don't. But that should help isolate the problem to either the mixing valve(faucet) or the hose, or the wall valve (or in the worst case, the supply line in the wall).

Sometimes kitchen sinks have strainers/aerators over the tap. These catch any solids and can become blocked. Try unscrewing the last part of your tap where the water comes out.

I would check the new faucet if your line produced a decent flow before the new faucet. There may be a rubber washer or valve slipped over the outlet for hot water.
