Everyone throws the used newspaper down the chutes and fills up the dumpsters that collect the trash. Any ideas about how I can slove this issue? I would prefer not to have them fill up my dumpsters. Besides recycling, any ideas?

All I want to do is turn my ordinary battery operated candles I put in the window for the holidays into a sensored light. Can this be done? I saw some online for $75.00 but I can't afford that! Is this possible? Thanks!

Will it scratch or come off after long usage like Teflon? There seems to be some coating on it, some "wax-looking" like substance.

How do I get rid of a Lutron GRAFIKEye lighting panel?

It's basically a bunch of dimmers with different zones and modes, and little timers on it so that lights go on or off slowly when you select a different mode.

It was used when our office was a shop. It controls some 240V spots and some LV spots as well.

Question is, if I pull it off the wall, will I find a mess of electronic spaghetti behind it extending way into the walls, or is it really just a glorified dimmer switch that I can replace with a bunch of boring old switches?

Reason for wanting rid of it: energy saver bulbs can't use dimmers, and you can't bypass the dimmers on this thing.

Edinburgh, since you ask.

Thanks!!

When looking up the vent it seems open. Any idea why we are getting this smokey smoke throughout the house? What else can we try to do???? (It is not a fireplace insert.) We get smoke that we can smell and see in every room in the house.

I'm an engineer and the price that they're asking is madness. Any advice would be helpful as I would like to undertake the work myself. I'm aware that it will take quite a bit of effort which I don't mind.

I want to use it between raised beds to walk on and reduce mud from forming after watering?

Any thoughts? I guess I am assuming a 2-3 inch depth of the gravel? And the gravel size is between 3/4 and 3/8 inch.

Thanks!

The coating on my enamel bath is worn and discoloured. I want to try and avoid replacing the bath as this will probably mean re-tiling and I'm not in a position to re-do the whole bathroom. I'll do this in the future but for now I was considering using that stuff that you paint on. Have any of you used it and if so - what did you think of it? Any tips and oh - where do you get it from?

Thanks
