Well, if your eating it, I guess it would have a big effect on you, otherwise it should have a minimal effect from some gassing of the glues used to make the board. By the way, most of this has gassed off during the manufacturing process.

Hardwood sawdust can cause nasal cancer but dont know if OSB has enough to be significant
