If this is truly a straight up lawncare question, I know the answer why mine is greener:)

I work at it and my neighbors don't. I fertilize the grass and amend the soil.

It's greener because I wanted a house my whole life and am very proud :) Having neighbors who don't care actually does make mine look even better :)

its not...if you were smart you would already know that!...it only appears to be greener because your not standin over there on that side of the fence...take some time to really explore your grass before you leap over there because it might be a great disappointment...when you do look back over to your side again you'll be like damn why did i jump over the fence for this?

Because you have viewed it from the other side of the fence, once in that pasture and up close, you will see all the imperfections and pit falls that were not apparent from the outside.Like judging a book by it's cover. Go walk a mile in someone Else's moccasins be for deciding how comfortable their life is.

It just looks that way because you can't see any of its imperfections. Get up close, and you can see that grass is grass is grass - period. Love is a commitment, and your choices have to honor that commitment.

Becaue people don't always show what's bothering them. So from your point of view. It looks as if they have no problems at all. When in reality they might have just as many if not more than you do.
