Start by going to your local dollar store and buying you a new plastic liner.
Soak your liner in the tub with some salt water, helps keep mold away.
Then go buy you a new shower curtain at good -will.
Cheap, and recycled!!
When you are done taking a shower from now on, don't let the shower curtain scrunched up, make sure it is pulled the whole way out, SO it can dry properly.

Spray it with some Tilex or Clorox Clean up and throw it right in the washer...always works for me.
