take the lock off of the door, go to Home Depot or Lowes (or any locksmith) and ask them to just "rekey" the lock. If it is a deadbolt, its usually about $10-$12 per side. If its a lock that has a key on one side only, just buy a new lock...2 screws on the plate, and 2 screws on the latch.

take the lock off the door and to a lock smith. They can make you some keys. It may be more cost effective to just get a new lock that has keys

You can either call a locksmith and have a key specially crafted for that lock (probably needlessly expensive) or you can buy a new doorknob with a lock that will come with new keys (cheaper and you can do it yourself, probably with minimal cursing.)
If it's an older house and the lock takes one of those skeleton keyes (i.e. you can look right through the keyhole) browse thrift and antique shops that may sell skeleton keys.

You can take the lock out and bring it to a lock-smith, he'll charge you an arm and a leg to make a new one or you can go to "Home Depot" and pick one up for $12.00 and change, put it in yourself.

just get a new lock, it would be cheaper than calling a locksmith to make you a key.

For heaven sakes don't drill it! You can use a pair of tweezers to pull it out with, or use some of that doubled back mounting tape,Carpet tape,Museum Holding gel, something that is very sticky .Put it on the end of the broken key and pull it out. Or, if you have a flat piece of metal like a bobby pin bent straight and slide it in with the piece to pull it out. You can also use a Dental Pick (those metal ones that are hooked at the ends) That should pull it out. The only other way would be to pull out the cylinder, drop the pins, then have another key cut. Don't ruin the lock by drilling it. You can Handel it, A locksmith isn't necessary either. Re-keying a lock is the easiest thing to do. If you have a True Value or Ace Hardware Store, they sell lock re-key kits for $9.00 That includes tool to open the cylinder, the key pins to use,and two new keys to go with it. If you don't see it in the store, ask them because they are available to order. Most small Hardware Stores have them. Better $9 vs $40-50 for a locksmith. Good Luck,Byeee
