Like our friend has mentioned Lottery is not allowed
in some places. And since you do not mention where
you are, it is difficult to answer. But, for your guidance
search Yahoo or Google "FreeLottery.com" and you
will see how many people have been robbed of their
money or fooled into a scam. I urge you to make this
search right away and I am certain your own mind will
make the correct decision.

I've heard of this before, someone sold raffle tickets, the prize being a house. I think it was a failure, because not enough people bought the tickets, so all monies were returned.

Even if you won, you would still face hefty bills for stamp duty and legal fees (UK).

In the US lottery's are illegal if you intend to keep it for yourself. If you have an attorney you can bring in a beneficiary and donat to a cause and you may be able to do it here.
