I have already tried changing the filter, and the PSI is good. It takes a minute to fill just 6oz of water. Is there any way to speed that up? The ice maker works fine from the same line.

I have a white shirt that I made some alterations to. It was a 2004 National league Champions shirt. When they won the National Leauge Pennent this year, I crossed out the 4 with a red sharpie and put a six. When the won it all, I crossed out the National Leauge and put World series. When it was washed the first time, the red sharpie bled into the shirt itself where it was contacted. Is there any hope to get those pink marks out, or is this a work around the house shirt now?

The metal puller has snapped and so, though the zip itself still functions it's very difficult to open and close as all is left is the body of the puller so you can't get much purchase. I have checked in the phone book for leather jacket repairs but they all seem to specialise in mending tears in the material. The jacket is perfect in every other way and happens to be a favourite - and not very old!

The reason I ask is that I know a lot of us clean up bedwetting and potty training accidents, as well as pet messes, with bleach. If bleach and ammonia are a deadly combination, I wonder if this is really a safe thing to do.

Not trying to be gross...but urine definitely smells like ammonia, if it isn't the exact substance that offgasses with bleach, it must be something very close in chemical composition.

I have tried a fabric "sausage" attached with velcro, but it does not slide along the lumpy floor when trying to open door. We made a ledge on the outside to seal the door, but our kids keep knocking it down and we have not found a sealer strong enough to hold it in place.

What is a solution to this dilemma please? We can afford to buy something at this point. -. too much heat is being lost hourly!!!

I have a heavy carpet that was removed from a church being remodeled. It is complete with the material used under the rug, and was glued to the flooring rather than stretched. I need to know how I can trim (cut) it accurately to fit an irregular wall, doors, etc. I will be using double stick carpet tape to hold it in place.

I've poured pounds of food particles down my kitchen sink, and I don't even have a in-sink grinder, and the sink never clogs. But one well-timed dump can clog the toilet like that. Why is that?
