How can you wire 3-way switches to work when you have 14/2 coming from panel box [HOT], 14/2 going to light and 14/3 going to other switch all in one switch box; and the other switch box only has 14/3 coming from the other switch? PLEASE HELP!

That is commonly called a fed and switched box, take the white from your Feed wire(the hot wire 14/2 nuetral feeding straight thru to the light) and hook it to the white going to the light 14/2, Take the Hot(black 14/2) and tie it to the white(remark that white with some marking tape, black,red,blue to reidentify it as a hot) from the 3 wire(14/3) going to the other switch, at the other 3 way remark that white as well, it will now be your common on the dead end 3 way(hooking to the dark colered screw), this will leave you 3 wires in your box, 2 blacks and one red the 2 wires comming out of the 3(14/3) wire will be your travelers and the one black left from your switch leg will be the common for that 3 way. You only need 14/3 from switch to switch. White, black, red, and ground.
