Most of the time hundreds of people are bidding for the same handful of houses in their criteria. whats wrong with this system?

This question has gone four days without an answer. I am familiar with Locata. Patience is a virtue. Keep on trying, and eventually you will find a deal you can live with. You are right, there is usually a lot of competition. You have to be willing to keep after your goal if you expect to be successful.
