I have already tried changing the filter, and the PSI is good. It takes a minute to fill just 6oz of water. Is there any way to speed that up? The ice maker works fine from the same line.

its all under one pressure, i would refrain from any attempt to increase the pressure to the glass as the ice maker is on the same line.
more pressure would make the ice part of your refer splash out while filling for ice and you'll have an iceberg in the freezer.
remedy...fill with ice and use the sink faucet
i wait for mine too
