I have a job, that I have had for over a year, where i am looking downwards at papers on my desk all day and here lately (about 2 weeks) i have noticed this large lump at the base of my neck/top of spine that is painful when i look down and lay on my back to sleep. My neck is stiff but i dont think its a pulled muscle. Plus I keep getting headaches at the base of my skull in the back. Is this kinda like humpback (sounds silly i know) from looking downwards all day or could it be something different or worse? I DO plan to go to the doctor just wanted to get some ideas before i go!

recently i have been having pain in my back by my shoulder blades and in my neck and base of my head, also its very painful to move my neck and things, also when i run, its like after a few seconds i immedietly get pains in the back of my head and its like someones getting a cheese grator and dragging it down my throat and into my chest, also recently i have been having dizzy spells and feeling sick with pains in my lower abdomain, with migranes to the point where i can harldy see properly and i vomit, is this normal?

I seem to be the only one i know that has the most painfull period pain where i am. i can tell you that there has been times where i have passed out because it was so bad. and almost was sick. please tell me the best way to make it go away.

Does anyone know how to find a good doctor? I am a person with multiple health issues and I have a new issue of PAIN.. crippling pain. It began in my back and now it has gone into my legs, arms, neck etc... I can hardly move. I've had all the tests, MRI, CScan, Xrays, blood test with no abnormal results other that moderate arthritis in my spine. this all began about 2 years ago. But when I go to my Dr. he looks at me like I am nuts and thinks that I am imaginating it all. What can I do. He just doesn't seem like he wants to help me, and I usually end up leaving his office in tears. I should probibly mention that I am Diabetic, I have pvc's and heart pauses, and Low immunity.

I have been given prescriptions for the following medications: Prednisone for swelling, Azythromax (antibiotic) and Vicodin for pain. I am having trouble sleeping right now, could one of the medications be the cause? Or is it because I slept so much yesterday? Will the V help me sleep?

I will be teaching English in Egypt, but I've also been appointed to work as a first aider. I'm a pharmacy technician and CPR certified. However, this will be my first time working in first aid. what possible problems or ijuries should I expect to happen to students. Any advice of good techniques to aid in a more professional manner from my side? They also told me I'm just supposed to tell them what to do, not take any hands-on procedures. I think a first aider duty is more than that, like taking an action and offering remedies. Experienced members, please give me some advice. much appreciated!

I was recently hurt at work, I dislocated my sholder, the company Dr. says my sholder will never be the same it has a1/4 inch gap in it. my question is may I sue for this and keep my job?Does this follow me in a future job when they do a backround check? and to say why dont you have surgery? the pain is great yes but I cant afford to be off work with only compo as income

Is tramadol capsules supposed to be taken after meals. I thought any analgesics should be taken after eating but i'm not sure. My doctor hasnt said and it doesnt say anything about it on the directions

Hi

I get alot of headaches in the mornings (like 3-5 per week) as well as jaw pain. I am pretty sure alot of it has to do with the position of my body at night. It seems to be alot better when I sleep on my back. The problem is I either get a stiff back and/or have problems with sinuses.

I do already sleep with a pillow under my knees.

I am looking for suggestions to reduce this problem.

when i started the treatment it was once every 2 weeks now once every 3 months.However i have fainted on maybe 4 or 5 ocassions in the last 2 years. {treatment started aprox 6 months ago} i have a good diet eat fish veg and friuit and meat and yogurt. Early yesterday i had a terrible blackout with no warning {as always} i dont ever remember geting up or passing out, it is only when i come round face down on the floor bleeding profously from my nose and lips i know it has happened again. On this occassion it was the worst my face is badly bruised i think my nose maybe broken and i have cut and swollen lips and my right eye is nearlly closed with severe bruising.Is there any connection with my condition that i am passing out. Can someone plse help i have spoken to my doctor about this but he dosnt give me the answers i really need. I will be so grateful for any help anyone can give me. thank you very much in anticipation.
