When the colon’s health is compromised, the cleansing process is slowed down or halted altogether. This is a dangerous situation because it can be the start of a number of debilitating diseases. This occurs because the body’s natural ability to heal itself, the immune system, has been hindered. In some cases, autointoxication may occur wherein toxins from the waste residing in the colon (for days and weeks) begin to be reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. Some signs a colon flush, or colon cleanse, is needed may include chronic constipation, diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, or a hindered immune system.
You may try reading more about this issue, here is a good site with allot of information:

good luck to you!

Would go see your doc soonest.
Or it could be a 24 hour bug, depends if it has just come on quickly or you have been suffering for some time.
To diagnose and treat correctly a visit to your doc is best action to take.
If experienced symptoms for some time could be irritable bowel syndrom. If you have just had anti-biotics this can upset the bowel and you may need to take a course of pro-biotics - can get from the health food shop.
Headache suggests toxins - drinking plenty of fluids should help.
Meantime drink plenty of water and lay off dairy foods, milk, butter, cheese (from the cow) Can drink/eat, Soya or rice milk, goats cheese and yoghurt.
Hope you feeling better real soon.

If its been going on a while then could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Go the docs for tests
If you have been on holiday recently then they will prob do a stool sample.
If normal then they will ask you to take a food diary/poo diary for a couple of weeks to see if any particular food causes symptoms.
Then if not they will prob say IBS, maybe medicate on antispasmodic drug such as buscopan

It is some kind of a viral infection. The aches be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

try anti parasitics (deworming) first.
It could be crohn's, colitis or IBS
In which case you need professional diagnosis.
follow the medication, but change your lifestyle - that's the root cause.
Diet Exercise, good sleep
Diet: no more sugar, fast food
take steamed veges and fish
later graduate to non-spicy chinese style dishes
or meditararian style.
but you probably need more direction than that.
Take a note of my website and come visit in a few months.
I should have my book ready.

Have you tried monitoring what you eat.I cannot see that IBS would cause headaches.I have IBS but do not get bad heads. You need to list everything that you eat and see what makes it worse. If this doesn't work then see your G.P.
