First a little popping and cracking is not bad. Hell my knees and back have been creaking and cracking since my late teens. Usually this is not serious. First question is are you in pain? If something slipped out of place I am supprised you can type. If you are in pain from something slipping out of place alot of times taking ibuprophen and resting will decrease the inflamation and let it settle back into place. If you are still concerned about this problem see either a DO or a Chiropractor both can make adjustments if something is out. And as a bonus the DO can also prescribe meds. A good DO will look at your whole body and treat you as a person not a specific problem. They might be able to figure out what is causing this.

Get a massage back, shoulders and neck.

There is a book that teaches about muscles, pain and referred pain anywhere in the body. The principle is that the muscles get knots called trigger points which make the muscles tight that then press on nerves. It teaches how to get them to release which gets rid of the pain.
The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I also use a chiropractor and massage therapist as needed.
