I am 14, lately I have been playing chopan's prelude in c minor. It has very large stretches that require you to hit very hard to get them to sound right. I have been playing this song for about 2 weeks. Today when I was writing poetry, my wryst and fore arm started to hurt very badly. At first I thought it was just a cramp and cuntinued writing my poem. Later when I was practicing piano my hand hurt in the same way, I feal the same pain when I type with this hand or use it. I am typing with my left hand and my right and is in a brace. if you could tell me what you think this is it would help me out.

I know it does not have to do with my sleeping habits because I get about seven to eight hours sleep a night. Also, I know it does not have to do with my age. I'm in my early twenties. But, what is causing this? And, what can I do to get rid of this vein below my eye? If anyone can help me with this problem, I would appreciate it.

I have had two surgeries on my knee due to the cartilidge disintigrating. The ragged edges rub underneath my kneecap, and the surgery is to trim the ragged edges. Has anyone had this before? What is this called? Is it a form of arthritis? Am I eventually going to have no cartilidge left?
Is this something that could also be why I have TMJ and have just been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my lower back?

I have toe aches all the time. I can't really identify whether or not it's the actual joints. It's not a sharp pain but it's constant in the toes of both feet. I go barefoot a lot and my shoes do fit properly, so it's not because they're cramped up.

If I bend my fingers towards my elbow the pain increases significantly. It's on my right wrist. It basically aches all day and is more significant at night. Any ideas?

Let's say you sleep for the exactly same amount of time in hours and minutes on two consecutive nights. For example, we'll pick 8 hours.

On the first night, you sleep 8 hours all the way through -without waking up in the middle of the night. On the second night, you also sleep 8 hours - but you wake up once in the middle of the night and stay awake for 15 minutes. You fall back asleep after the 15 minutes and then sleep 15 minutes later in the morning to equal the same 8 hours as the night before.

The question is: Will you feel just as good with the 15 minute sleep interruption as you will with the continuous sleep - provided you sleep the same amount of hours and minutes? Or will you feel better with the continuous sleep?
