This family I know has a 5yr old boy now ,but when he was 3 yrs old ,the nurse at his doctors office puncture his ear , he went home bleeding from it , the parents have taken no action , this ear is always now in pain or infected , I have told the parents to sue the doctors office , they must be deaf , they have changed doctors , to my recommendation , but Iam worried about the little boy and a future hearing problem due to this , can anyone help me here?

The parents should discuss the matter with an attorney licensed in Florida. The statute of limitations for medical malpractice will vary from state to state. Once the the statute of limitations has run, the parents will not be able to bring a law suit with respect to the incident.

Im sure they didnt do it on purpose. Why are people like you always out there for the money. You would probably ask them for a lot because it was your idea in the first place. You are a skidmark on the underpants of society.
