You need to use an antifungal that you can get at any drug store/department or grocery store. Wash and dry your feet well with soap and water. Apply the cream to all areas of the feet including between your toes. Be sure to wear white cotton socks to help absorb any moisture and change your socks daily or more often if needed. Switch the shoes you wear so that one pair is always airing out between wearings. Also be sure to keep your tub/shower clean as this is a good place for the funus to live. If you use a public shower such as at school or a health club then wear something on your feet when you shower so you don't spread it to someone else and so you don't pick it up again.

Ajax your shower every other 2 days, Change your socks twice a day, and get some over the counter foot spray for your feet and shoes. Try to rotate out your shoes twice a day and let them air out.

I alwayse had my ex-husband soak his feet in a big pot of very warm water with 1/2 cup of bleach and dishliquid then scraped off the dead skin then put lotion or vaseline/ babyoil then go barefoot for the day so the feet can breathe. Barefoot is the best cure.

Any over the counter remedy is likely to work. They often take a few weeks to completely cure it. Keep your feet clean and dry. Change socks an extra time or two a day. You might want to powder your feet to keep them dry.
