i broke mine over a month ago and still off work and in pain in
hip and legs - on tramadol for pain relief
dying of boredom

I've done that...it can take a few months before it feels better. Best advise is to get one of those donuts to sit on when you can.
My doctor recommended walking, slowly, a little bit more each day. It helps build up the muscle.

I have an elderly mother who fell and had a very bad bruise and has had constant pain. I can't even imagine how bad a broken coccyx must hurt. Maybe it's time to go back to the Dr. for a different medication. Good luck to you!!

Bless your ......! I broke mine and it took over three months to heal. I stood and leaned on my kitchen counters for weeks. Getting in and out of bed was the worst! There's nothing I know of to hurry things up. You can't put it in a cast or a sling, can you?

it will always bother you for the rest of your life very painful somedays are better than others but be prepared with pain meds i injured mine 15 years ago never been the same i fell did you fall lots of problems to come
