Really, since you don't tolerate caffeine, about the best thing you can do is get up, put on a coat and go for a brisk walk. It doesn't have to be an overly long walk, but a walk or jog. This will stimulate your entire body, get the blood pumping, pump a little adrenaline into your system, and boom, you will be awake. Once back inside get a cold drink, plenty of light and play the radio quietly in the background, its been shown to improve study performance. Give it a shot, I hope it helps.

It is proven through psychology and statistical studies that cramming information is not a useful way of studying. You will do much better if you get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and read over your notes tomorrow. Then, remember next time that you should study gradually and not all at once!

Exercise is the best of all to wake you up and make you more alert. Try a brisk walk round your block - that#ll only take 10 minutes and work wonders.

Good luck

Try some chicken soup. Or chicken essence. :) It works.
