Hi Fath, It's really hard to go after a doctor. They have the money to keep you from getting a lot of money from them. I would see a lawyer and see if you have a case, and if the lawyer thinks you have a chance to win. He will also know what you have to do to pure your case. A Friend.

Your body doesn't just bounce back from stuff like that....you'll be healing for a long time, trust me. Drop the damned victim mentality and grow a pair...you didn't have to go under the knife.....why do people always expect to instantly be 100% after seeing the Doctor? I saw a patient today that was treated by his physician TODAY and less than 4 hours later, came to the ER because he wasn't all better! Do everyone a favor, get out of the gene pool.

Try going to a second doctor, to see your wound and tell him what happened. And see what opinion he has on how your wound is going. Their are good Doctors out there willing to help. With another doctors prognosis, you can contact a lawyer and get your new doctor's results and get consultation on whether you have a good case against the doc. that caused you such damage. GOOD LUCK!

It sounds like your body caused the problems. What could the doctor have done to cause renal failure? Your body is not healing, the doctors are trying to help. Give it up because the stress you are creating is not helping.

To win a law suit, you have to be able to PROVE the doctor was negligent AND that the negligence caused you harm.

A bad outcome does not PROVE anything. Sometimes bad things happen.

If you're still set on suing, contact an attorney.

you may have to get an attorney or you may have signed a form relasing them from liability, you should call a lawyer or several of them and aks, you can google webpages to report bad drs. so others ownt use them, contact the american medical associaiton and the state board, they may want you to go into arbitration...and lots of reasons why wound has not healed, you need to keep antibiotics on it, get the attorney to order copies of teh files, they cover their buts pretty doo, os, cehckit ou, and let us know how it comes out.
