Probably alot like around 1900 in America where health care is nowhere near where it is now. Right now, heart diesease is the number one killer. Back then, it was infectious diseases. That's a ginormous difference.

The average life span would be back to about 40 years old like it was a little over 100 years ago when there weren't many doctors. I would have died at 39 without health care.

Younger, cause 'man' wouldn't be living as long. We wouldn't be around to 'get' degenerative diseases, cause the 'acute' ones would kill us all at a much earlier age.
