I have eating disorders... ok now that you know this... i have been told time and time again that from not eating right for so long my weak immune system is part of the reason that i was always ill... like with colds and viruses and stuff like that...but that was when i lived at home with my parents... now that i live on my own away from my parents, but yet keep in mind still have these eds(cuz i havent desided if i am quite ready to let them go) anyway, how is it possible that since i have moved out... i have not been sick especially with the environments that i work in... a bar/restaurant... a hospital... going outside with a wet head... no i dont take vitamins, or drink juice... and very rarely will i eat enough to be considered a meal... so how come i am not sick? ( dont get me wrong, i do not want to be sick cuz i cant afford to call in sick... work pays the bills and keeps me from eating all the time...) just seems a little weird is all. why am i so healthy now? or seem like it?

He got it done like 14 days ago. Except for the fact that he didnt get it profesionally done. And got it done from a friend with one that he made.He has one too tho that he made, and has a bunch of tattoos that have never gotten infected. And they're both very good with changing their needles. It's all red and kind of swollen, and he said it doesnt really hurt that bad anymore. It hasnt scabbed over and when he washes it and puts lotion on it, it hurts. Is it infected? What should he do, when should he do it?

My husband fell asleep the other night and has no movement in his wrist. he went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with radial arm palsy, also known as saturday night palsy.

has anyone had this before? does anyone know how long this will last? i keep reading up on it and it doesn't give a specified recovery time.

we're wondering how long he may be out of work.

please please only respond if you know anything about this or have had it before. it is a very serious situation and i'm not in the mood for the idiots on here.

I get this thing sometimes, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep... it's like if I'm thinking of a hand, for example, i get an image of a hand in my head and it keeps getting bigger and bigger and then smaller and smaller. It doesn't last very long, like 5-10 minutes, but every image in my head feels like its zooming in and zooming out continuosly. My twin sister gets this too. Has anyone ever heard of it and knows what the condition is called? Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have had this awful painful sore throat for a week only on one side of my throat but there is nothing to sergest its a throat infection no redness or white spots all looks normal. I have been taking loads of over the counter painkillers but they only work for a little while.I havnt been to the doctors coz i didnt want to waste their time as there is nothing to see in my throat but now im starting to think maybe its my ear as i know ear, nose, and throat are all conected but i have never had an ear infection so not really sure ?

Have a question for you guys, hope you can answer becasue I am freaking out a little. I was at the self check out line at my local supermarket whe nI was rining my thing through, I bent down to move something, and my hair touched the touch screen computer monitor that acts as a read-out. When I looked at the screen more closely, I noticed there was a nickel-shaped smuge of blood on it. It looked dry, but it very well could have been fresh, I don't know know and I wasnt about to touch it. Now I am worried that that blood may have had something in it, like HIV and Hep C. What should I do? Will a simple shower in hot water kill off anything thats in it? Can the blood soak into and thereby stay in my hair? Should I cut the hair that came into contact with the blood? Does it make a difference if the blood was dry or wet? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am panicing a little.
Thanks
