Yes, actually those are two of the most common symptoms. Other symptoms include a hesitant, interrupted, weak stream; urgency and leaking or dribbling; and more frequent urination, especially at night. A rectal exam is generally needed to diagnose an enlarged prostate. Consider seeing your doctor sooner rather than later.

Difficulty with urination, or a stinging pain while urinating is the more common of those two symptoms. Some men will experience difficulty with erections, diminished sex drive, or painful climax.
The most common symptom of prostatitis is a fever. Also very common is perenial pain.
